在美国,肥胖是个严重的问题。至少有1.25亿美国人超重,6000多万美国人过度肥胖,近1000万美国人被临床诊断为病理性肥胖。这对减肥行业来说是个极好的消息,但对我们余下的人来说有着警示的作用。先不谈体形和美丽的问题,超重和严重的健康危机息息相关。
In the United States, obesity is a serious problem. At least 125 million Americans are overweight, over 60 million Americans are overweight, and nearly 10 million Americans are clinically diagnosed as pathological obesity. This is excellent news for the weight loss industry but has a warning effect for the rest of us. Not to mention the shape and beauty of the problem, overweight and serious health crisis are closely related.
