进攻和防守是中国武术实战格斗中的两个基本技术既构成要素。进攻与防守的辩证关系是实战格斗中各种因素关系的理论层面的体现。实战格斗各种技术的运用和有效发挥得益于对这种辩证关系的深刻理解和把握。因此,研究进攻与防守的辩证关系就具有本源的意义。实战格斗技术其实就是进攻与防守的辩证关系理论的实践化,正确的方法理论指导对于任何事物的发展都是必不可少的,是基本行为准则的宏观上的指导。
Offensive and defensive is the two basic technologies in the actual combat of Chinese Wushu.
