位于沧州市南47公里的南皮县是国家级贫困县,距县城40华里的大浪淀乡经济发展也相对落后,白塔寺中心小学是大浪淀乡的一所偏远小学。而今,这样一所偏远小学,因为校长魏凤明事迹的传播知名度空前的高涨。初见魏凤明,单从外表看不出他与其他乡村校长有什么不同,黝黑的面色,中等的身材,坚定的眼神;而见人起立,对我们晚辈也双手敬茶的过于谦虚,倒使得他略显木讷。然而,这样的一个老魏,在沧州教育界却尽人皆知。
