现在国内外对于利用煤做为沥青混凝土搅拌设备的能源都十分感兴趣。这是由于煤具有很大的经济性和能合理地利用能源的特点,但也存在如何处理加工煤和控制其燃烧变化的问题,因此各工业先进国家都在积极地研究和开发各种类型以煤为燃料的燃烧系统,国内在这方面也进行了多方面的探讨和开发研究,并取得了一些可喜的成果。但总的来讲,做为一种性能可靠,经济而又较为简单的产品还有待进一步地研究开发。本译文为美国对于使用煤做为沥青混凝土搅拌设备能源的经济性分析以及采用的基本结构方式的介绍,它可供我们在用煤做为沥青混凝土搅拌设备的能源开发研究工作予以参考。
At present, both domestic and foreign countries are very interested in using coal as energy source for asphalt concrete mixing equipment. This is due to the fact that coal has great economics and can reasonably use energy, but there are also problems with how to process coal and control its combustion changes. Therefore, advanced industrial countries are actively researching and developing various types of Coal-fired combustion systems have also been explored and developed in various aspects in China, and some gratifying results have been achieved. However, in general, as a reliable, economical and relatively simple product still needs further research and development. This paper is an introduction to the economic analysis of the use of coal as an energy source for bituminous concrete mixing equipment and the introduction of the basic structural methods used in the United States. It can be used as a reference for us to use coal as a research and development work for the energy development of asphalt concrete mixing equipment.
