1963年2月,我厂所产焦炭由于煤质变化与主观上的一些原因,其强度下降了十多公斤。因而严重地影响钢铁厂的生产。为了迅速提高和稳定焦质,我们学习了包钢分段熄焦的经验。自4月10日起,陆续分批进行试验,共做了100多次,使焦炭的强度约提高了十公斤左右。试验初期,焦炭水份较高(约10%左右),后来经过努力,采取措施,逐步攻克了这关键,使水份稳定在4%以下。兹就分段熄焦试验的几个问题讨论如下: (一)不同熄焦方法对强度的影响 1.四种熄焦方法的比较:
