舞弊是阻碍企业发展的不正当行为,舞弊行为的蔓延势必会造成对社会的严重危害。从舞弊的定义及特征出发,分析舞弊产生的原因,并阐述了其预防方法,从而达到降低舞弊发生的概率,创造出更大的经济效益和社会效应。
Fraud is an unfair act that impedes the development of a business. The spread of fraud is bound to cause serious harm to society. Based on the definition and characteristics of fraud, this paper analyzes the causes of fraud and expounds its prevention methods so as to reduce the probability of fraud and create greater economic and social effects.
