我国市场化取向改革的基本任务就是理顺“政府、企业、市场”基本的三角关系,建立社会主义市场经济秩序。但我国“政府、企业、市场”三角关系至今仍处于“剪不断、理还乱”的异化状态,我国建立社会主义市场经济秩序的任务仍很繁重。当前,在我国经济社会生活中凸现出来的五大现象,严重扰乱“政府、企业、市场”三角关系,严重制约着我国经济社会秩序健康运行,值得关注。
The basic task of China’s market-oriented reform is to rationalize the basic triangular relationship of “government, enterprises and markets” and establish a socialist market economic order. However, the triangular relations between our government, enterprises and markets still remain in a state of alienation that is “constantly being cut, chaos chaos”, and the task of establishing a socialist market economic order in our country remains burdensome. At present, the five major phenomena that have emerged in our country’s economic and social life have seriously disturbed the triangular relations of “government, enterprises and markets,” seriously restricting the healthy operation of China’s economic and social order and deserve our attention.
