例1:女,45岁,因面神经麻痹于2011年6月2日来我院就诊,入院体格检查:体温36.5℃,脉搏129次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压110/60mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。为减轻患者症状,给予0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL+注射用灯盏花40mg(湖南恒生制药有限公司生产,批号:20100202)每日1次,静脉滴注。输液约10min后,患者出现全身瘙痒并伴有皮疹,疑为注射用灯盏花所致,立即停止使用,停用后症状缓解,无其他不适反应。
Example 1: Female, aged 45, came to our hospital for facial paralysis on June 2, 2011 and was admitted to our hospital for physical examination. Body temperature was 36.5 ℃, pulse rate was 129 beats / min, respiration was 20 beats / min, blood pressure was 110/60 mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133 kPa). In order to alleviate the symptoms of patients, given 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250mL + injection of erigeron 40mg (Hunan Hang Seng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., batch number: 20100202) 1 day, intravenous infusion. Infusion for about 10min, the patient appeared systemic itching and accompanied by rash, suspected injection of Erigeron caused, immediately stop using, after stopping the symptoms, no other discomfort reaction.
