目的 通过对小儿化脓性脑膜炎 (简称化脑 )脑脊液 (CSF)中心钠素 (ANP)的测定及其动态观察 ,发现其与化脑临床并发症、病原学及头颅CT影像学改变有一定的相关性。 方法 采用放射免疫法在病程初期及恢复期分别抽取脑脊液测定其心钠素含量。 结果 ANP值在化脑时呈下降趋势 ,其下降水平不同 ,临床所表现出的并发症不同 ,以脑脓肿、脑室管膜炎ANP值最低 ;从病原学上分析肺炎双球菌、嗜血流感杆菌ANP值最低。头颅CT出现脑脓肿、脑积水、脑萎缩为主要表现时ANP值最低。 结论 CSF中ANP含量更直接、更准确地反映脑损伤的程度 ,对临床分析病原、监测病情、估计预后有一定的帮助。
Objective To investigate the determination of ANP in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of pediatric purulent meningitis (CSF) and its dynamic observation and find that it has certain clinical and pathological features Correlation. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) contents in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) during the initial and convalescent stages of the disease. Results ANP value in the brain decreased, the level of decline in different clinical manifestations of different complications to brain abscess, ventricular membrane inflammation ANP lowest; etiological analysis of pneumococcus, Bacillus ANP lowest value. Head CT appeared brain abscess, hydrocephalus, brain atrophy as the main performance of ANP lowest value. Conclusion The level of ANP in CSF is more direct and more accurately reflect the degree of brain injury. It is helpful to analyze the pathogen, monitor the disease and estimate the prognosis.
