教师的天职就是教书育人,不要为了追求升学率就放弃了一部分学习相对不好的学生。我们要积极地调整好自己的心态,把转差工作作为我们教学中重要的一部分。要使差生得到转变并不难,但是需要教师具备良好的心态。
Teachers’ vocation is to teach and educate people, and do not give up some relatively poorly-tuned students in pursuit of higher education. We must actively adjust our own mentality and regard the poor work as an important part of our teaching. It is not difficult to make poor students change, but teachers need a good attitude.
