稻瘟病是水稻最具毁灭性的病害之一,选育抗稻瘟病三系不育系,是选育抗稻瘟病品种的有效途径之一。本研究以携带抗稻瘟病基因Pi25的材料BL47为抗性供体亲本、福稻B为受体亲本,利用分子标记辅助选择技术和常规育种方法,从F2代起利用分子标记Si13070C检测Pi25基因,从F3代起结合稻瘟病重发病区苗瘟鉴定,从BC1代起对不育系植株进行花粉育性鉴定,筛选出5份具有中抗以上水平的候选不育系,其中不育系CP4A具有良好的不育性和开花习性,所配组合表现出良好的农艺性状。结果表明,利用分子标记Si13070C检测Pi25基因并结合田间苗瘟鉴定在选育抗性育种材料上是有效的。
Blast is one of the most devastating diseases in rice. Breeding three lines of blast resistance rice is one of the effective ways to breed anti-rice blast varieties. In this study, BL47, a donor material carrying Pi25 gene, was used as a resistant donor and F0 was used as a recipient. Molecular marker-assisted selection (SI) and conventional breeding methods were used to detect Pi25 gene from F2 generation. From F3 generations combined with rice blast disease-ridden blight identification, from BC1 on behalf of the male sterile line pollen sterility identification, screening of 5 above the level of resistance to candidate male sterile lines, which sterile line CP4A has Good sterility and flowering habits, with a combination of good agronomic traits. The results showed that the use of molecular markers Si13070C Pi25 gene detection and combined with field-proof blast in the selection of resistant breeding material is effective.
