我科于1986～1988年收治曾长期误诊为“风湿病”的痛风合并肾多发性结石患者5例,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般情况:本组均为男性,年龄均在50岁以上,发生症状至确诊>15年者2例,10～15年者2例,足5年者1例。二、症状与体征:最早出现的症状为急性关节炎表现,主要发生在(足母)趾关节和踝关节,10天左右可缓解。以后每年均有发作并逐渐加重,常因感染、酗酒、寒冷、应激、外伤等诱发,用保泰松、激素、消炎痛等治
