河南省建设技术发展中心与河南省建设教育培训中心是经河南省机构编制部门批准成立的事业单位。河南省建设技术发展中心主要从事建设行业新产品、新技术、新材料的推广及咨询工作以及建设行业专业技术人员的教育培训等工作。中心自成立以来，为我省建设行业科教事业的发展做出了重大的贡献。我中心采取举办推广会、展示会、交流交易会、新技术研讨会等形式，将政府的导向、市场发展及时向企业通报交流，将新技术、新材料、新产品及时推向市场，共同打造知名品牌，树立企业形象。我中心已成为企业与政府、市场与生产研发的枢纽与桥梁。河南省建设教育培训中心主要职能是承担建设系统各项教育培训工作。中心拥有业务熟练的师资队伍和设施完善的培训基地，管理手段先进，办学形式灵活，在日常工作中时刻坚持“以市场为导向、以学员为上帝”的指导思想，贯彻“严格管理、注重质量、热情服务、灵活多样”的培训理念，内强素质，外树形象，努力为建设事业发展多育人才、育好人才。
