根据所观察到的一些损伤形式 ,对智能结构的损伤和失效问题进行了初步研讨。文中给出了失效的定义和一些可能的损伤形式 ,并指出智能材料结构的损伤和失效研究重点应放在对其功能失效的研究上。用有限元法初步分析了压电驱动器部分脱粘对结构静变形控制的影响。数值结果表明 ,压电驱动器部分脱粘会减弱其驱动效率 ,从而影响对结构静变形控制的能力和精度。
According to some observed damage patterns, the damage and failure of intelligent structures are discussed preliminarily. In this paper, the definition of failure and some possible forms of damage are given. It is pointed out that the research on the damage and failure of intelligent material structures should be focused on the study of its failure. The influence of partial debonding of piezoelectric actuator on static deformation control of structure was analyzed by finite element method. The numerical results show that the partial debonding of the piezoelectric actuator can weaken its driving efficiency and thus affect the ability and accuracy of the control of static deformation of the structure.
