The authors prepared apatite-collagen bionic composites for the preservation of oracle artifacts, and conducted experiments on infiltration reinforcement on the burned modern tortoise shell samples. The results show that nano-sized hydroxyapatite particles can form stable, high-concentration hydrogels under appropriate conditions and can be used for the reinforcement of oracle-bone artifacts by mixing them with neutral type I collagen solution. By means of optical microscopy, XRD, SEM and other characterization methods, it is proved that the material is similar in structure to bone after being dry-cured, and can effectively fill and connect in the hollow of the oracle bone. This method realizes the use of cultural relics of the inherent composition of the relics strengthening treatment, in the repair of oracle artifacts has a unique advantage.
