呕吐是临床常见症状之一,如伴有相应系统的其他症状,则诊断并不太困难。但是呕吐有时是小儿脑肿瘤的唯一症状。且因频繁呕吐可能损害胃粘膜,造成以消化道症状为主的假象而易误诊为消化系统疾病。现将我院1977年收治一例以顽固性呕吐为主要症状的小儿脑肿瘤报告如下: 病例:杨××男 11岁住院号123117。因呕吐二月余于1977年3月14日入院。患儿于1977年1月10日开始不思饮食、恶心,二天后开始频繁呕吐,吐出物为胃内容物及黄绿色液体,剧吐时带咖啡渣样物。伴有上腹
