随着经济的快速发展,我国的水利工程也随之发展,但是在当前的水利工程质量还是有很多问题存在,因工程质量问题时有事故发生。现主要从水利工程质量存在的问题及其产生的原因,提出了大力整顿规范水利建筑市场秩序、落实项目法人责任制、保证施工质量、加强质量管理等方面的对策、措施与建议。
With the rapid economic development, China’s water conservancy projects have also developed, but in the current quality of water conservancy projects there are still many problems exist because of engineering quality problems have occurred. Nowadays, mainly from the problems existing in the quality of water conservancy projects and their causes, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, measures and suggestions to vigorously rectify the market order of water conservancy construction, implement the project legal person responsibility system, ensure construction quality and strengthen quality management.
