1988年8月2日至8日,西北五省(区)水利学会联合举办的《西北干早、半干早地区水资源合理开发利用第三次学术讨论会》在青海省西宁市召开。参加这次会议的有西北五省(区)水利学会、水利厅及所属单位、高等院校、科研等59个单位,87名代表,会议收到各类学术报告和论文共76篇,有35名代表在大会上作了学术报告和专题发言。我省水利学会副理事长、省水利厅技术顾问刘璞同志等16位同志参加了会议,提交论文21篇。这次大会的中心议题是水资源合理开发利用的战略与对策。讨论议题包括西北干旱、半
From August 2 to August 8, 1988, the 3rd Symposium on Reasonable Exploitation and Utilization of Water Resources in the Dry Zones of Early-Northwest and Semi-dry Areas in Early Northwest China Held in Xining City, Qinghai Province jointly held by the Water Resources Society of Five Provinces in Northwest China. There were 59 units and 87 representatives from 59 departments and units of water conservancy department, water conservancy department, affiliated institutes of higher learning and research institutes in Northwest Five Provinces (autonomous regions). There were 76 academic reports and dissertations received in this meeting and 35 Representatives made academic reports and keynote speeches at the conference. 16 comrades, including Vice President of Water Conservancy Society of our province and Technical Consultant of Provincial Water Resources Department, Mr. Liu Pu, attended the meeting and submitted 21 papers.
