目的 研究哮喘的发病机制 ,探讨哮喘患者白细胞表面分化抗原 (CD) 2 3的表达及与血清IgE的相关性。方法 用流式细胞术检测 2 2例典型哮喘、18例咳嗽变异型哮喘、2 0例喘息性支气管炎、2 0例肺炎和 2 5名正常对照者的外周血淋巴细胞CD19阳性、CD2 3阳性、CD2 3和CD19双阳性细胞 (CD19+ 、CD2 3+ 、CD19+ /CD2 3+ )的百分率 ,同时用免疫化学发光法检测血清IgE水平 ,并进行相关性研究。结果 典型哮喘、咳嗽变异型哮喘患者外周血淋巴细胞CD19+ 、CD2 3+ 、CD19+ /CD2 3+ 的百分率和血清IgE分别为 :(13.5 6± 5 .87) %、(2 6 .5 6± 7.6 1) %、(12 .86± 5 .0 1) %、(12 .6 7± 7.5 6 ) μmol/L和 (13 10± 5 .15 ) %、(2 4.6 6± 8.15 ) %、(12 .10± 4.97) %、(9.45± 4.16 ) μmol/L ,明显高于正常对照组 (7 95± 3.6 5 ) %、(14.92± 3.0 2 ) %、(6 .82± 2 .95 ) %、(3.10± 1.6 8) μmol/L和肺炎组 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD19+ 、CD2 3+ 、CD19+ /CD2 3+ 与血清IgE水平呈显著正相关。喘息性支气管Ⅰ组外周血淋巴细胞CD19+ 、CD2 3+ 、CD19+ /CD2 3+ 及血清IgE也显著高于正常对照组和肺炎组及喘息性支气管炎Ⅱ组 ,喘息性支气管炎Ⅱ组的上述指标与正常对照组和肺炎组差异无显著性。结论 淋巴细胞CD2 3的表达?
Objective To study the pathogenesis of asthma and to investigate the expression of leukocyte surface differentiation antigen (CD) 2 3 and the correlation with serum IgE in patients with asthma. Methods Twenty-two cases of typical asthma, 18 cases of cough variant asthma, 20 cases of asthmatic bronchitis, 20 cases of pneumonia and 25 normal controls were detected by flow cytometry. CD23 positive , CD2 3 and CD19 double positive cells (CD19 +, CD2 3+, CD19 + / CD2 3+), and the level of serum IgE was detected by immunochemical chemiluminescence. Results The percentage of CD19 +, CD2 +, CD19 + / CD2 + and serum IgE of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with typical asthma or cough variant asthma were (13.56 ± 5.87)%, (26.56 ± 7.6) (12.66 ± 8.15)%, (12.86 ± 5.10)%, (12.67 ± 7.56) μmol / L and (13 10 ± 5.15)%, (12.66 ± 8.15)%, (9.45 ± 4.16) μmol / L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (7 95 ± 3.6 5)%, (14.92 ± 3.0 2)%, (6 .82 ± 2 .95)%, (3.10 ± 1.6 8) μmol / L and pneumonia group (P <0.01). The levels of CD19 +, CD2 3+ and CD19 + / CD2 3+ were positively correlated with serum IgE levels. The levels of CD19 +, CD2 3+, CD19 + / CD2 3+, and serum IgE of peripheral blood lymphocytes in asthmatic bronchus group Ⅰ were also significantly higher than those in normal control group and pneumonia group and asthmatic bronchitis group Ⅱ and asthmatic bronchitis group Ⅱ No significant difference with the normal control group and pneumonia group.
