随着社会经济的不断发展,为了更好地贯彻科学发展观和党的十八大精神,要求油田企业必须对自身的思想文化进行探讨与研究,不断丰富和完善石油企业的思想文化建设,探索石油企业的思想文化建设的有效实现形式。本文通过对油田企业思想文化存在的不良现象进行分析,提出加强油田企业思想文化的建议,为油田企业的思想文化工作的开展提供一定的借鉴,为油田企业的发展提供有效的思想文化保证,注入更为鲜活的动力。
