目的评价胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核药物治疗耐药性肺结核临床效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月我医院收治的100例耐药性肺结核病患者,按照临床应用的不同药物治疗方案可分成两组,将接受常规抗结核药物治疗的50例患者作为参照组(n=50例),将常规抗结核药物治疗基础上联合应用胸腺五肽治疗的50例患者作为研究组(n=50例),对比观察并分析评价两组患者的肺功能指标、痰菌转阴率、治疗有效率以及生活质量健康评分。结果治疗前两组患者的各方面情况对比无差异(P>0.05)。经药物联合治疗后,研究组的各项肺功能指标的改善效果均好于参照组,差异水平满足统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的痰菌转阴率88%(44/50)和治疗有效率94%(47/50)与参照组的70%(35/50)、74%(37/50)相比较,差异水平均满足统计学意义(P<0.05);并且,研究组治疗后的生活质量健康评分(89.62±10.31)分要高于参照组的(64.37±15.15),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核药物治疗耐药性肺结核临床效果很确切,能够有效改善患者的肺功能、提高痰菌转阴率和治疗有效率,而且还能明显提高患者的生活质量健康评分,值得临床普及应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of thymopentin combined with conventional antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 100 patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to different clinical and clinical treatment plans. Fifty patients receiving routine anti-TB drug treatment were used as a reference (N = 50). Conclusion Thymopentin combined with conventional anti-TB drugs for the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis clinical effect is very precise, can effectively improve the patient’s lung function, improve sputum negative rate and treatment efficiency, but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients with health scores, Worth clinical application.
