本文应用超临界CO_2萃取技术及正交试验法对穿心莲有效成分的提取工艺进行研究,所得萃取物有效成分富集,稳定性好,指标性成分脱水穿心莲内酯和穿心莲内酯含量较高。与传统醇提法比较,该方法流程短,节约溶剂,适用于工业化大生产。超临界CO_2流体萃取的最佳工艺条件为:萃取釜压力为25MPa,温度为46℃。解析釜Ⅰ压力为6 MPa,温度为65℃;解析釜Ⅱ压力为6 MPa,温度为45℃。流量为40 kg/h。
In this paper, supercritical CO_2 extraction technology and orthogonal test method were used to study the extraction technology of effective components of Andrographis paniculata. The effective components of the extract were enriched and the stability was good. The contents of the dehydrated andrographolide and andrographolide were high. Compared with the traditional alcohol extraction method, the method has a short flow and saves solvent, and is suitable for industrialized production. The optimum technological conditions for supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction were as follows: extraction pressure was 25 MPa and temperature was 46°C. The analytical kettle I pressure is 6 MPa, the temperature is 65°C; the analytical kettle II pressure is 6 MPa and the temperature is 45°C. The flow rate is 40 kg/h.
