阿希姆·施泰纳(Achim Steiner),联合国环境规划署前任执行主任,曾任联合国副秘书长,今年6月15日卸任联合国环境规划署执行主任后,出任牛津大学马丁学院院长,9月1日正式履新。施泰纳1961年出生于巴西,在德国长大,拥有巴西与德国的双重国籍,1983年获得牛津大学哲学、政治学及经济学学士学位,随后进入伦敦大学继续攻读经济学与区域规划。从1985年毕业开始,施泰纳起初在一家促进可持续发展与国际合作的德国联邦政府
Achim Steiner, former Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Program and former Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, became the Dean of the Martin School of Oxford at the University of Oxford after he resigned as Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Program on June 15 this year On the 1st of January officially new. Born in Brazil in 1961, Steiner grew up in Germany with a dual nationality in Brazil and Germany. In 1983, he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University before continuing his studies in economics and regional planning at London University. Since graduating in 1985, Steiner began his career as a German federal government for sustainable development and international cooperation
