在教学时间紧、教学任务重的情况下,多数教师喜欢传统的教学组织形式——满堂灌。传统教学有优点,也有弊端。其特点是注重传授知识,忽略了对学生多种能力的培养,因此,教学效果谈不上好。学生听得很明白,却很难付诸实践,所以做题时难免会出现困难。如果题目稍有变通,学生则会出现思维障碍,束手无策,找不到解决问题的突破口。
