提出了一种基于1-D孔列的T形检具,描述了利用该检具检测普通精度数控机床的基本原理和方法,并给出了计算各原始误差项的表达式。所介绍的检测方法可推广应用于数控机床的误差补偿。
A 1-D hole-based T-shaped gage was proposed. The basic principle and method of using this gage to inspect ordinary precision CNC machine tools were described. The expressions for calculating each original error term were given. The detection method introduced can be widely used in CNC machine tool error compensation.
