用电化学方法考察研究了2巯基苯并恶唑(MBO) 在3 % NaCl 溶液中对铜的缓蚀性能。MBO 同时抑制阴极和阳极过程。缓蚀效率与MBO 浓度、铜样品在含MBO 的溶液中预浸泡时间以及该溶液的腐蚀性有关。当铜样品在MBO饱和(1mmol/L) 的3 % NaCl 中处理20h 以上,缓蚀率达到约99 % ,而处理介质不含NaCl 时则缓蚀率低得多。因此,MBO 缓蚀膜的生成与铜本身的腐蚀过程有关。
The electrochemical corrosion inhibition of 2mercaptobenzoxazole (MBO) in 3% NaCl solution was studied. MBO suppresses both cathodic and anodic processes. The corrosion inhibition efficiency is related to the MBO concentration, the pre-soaking time of the copper sample in the MBO-containing solution, and the solution’s corrosiveness. When copper samples were treated with MBO saturated (1mmol / L) 3% NaCl for more than 20h, the corrosion inhibition rate was about 99%, but the corrosion inhibition rate was much lower in the treatment medium without NaCl. Therefore, the formation of MBO corrosion film and copper itself is related to the corrosion process.
