目的观察并比较日本血吸虫可溶性成虫抗原(SWA)及虫卵抗原(SEA)在诱导CD4+T细胞分化中的不同作用。方法分别用SWA、SEA免疫C57BL/6小鼠后分离脾细胞,或用SWA、SEA体外刺激正常小鼠来源的脾细胞后,采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测脾细胞中产生IFNγ及IL 4的细胞比例,以及CD4+T细胞中Th1、Th2细胞亚群的比例。结果SWA比SEA更能优势诱导CD4+T细胞产生IFNγ(P<0.05),SEA比SWA更能优势诱导CD4+T淋巴细胞产生IL 4(P<0.05)。结论SWA较SEA更能优势诱导Th1细胞分化,SEA较SWA更能优势诱导Th2细胞分化。
Objective To observe and compare the different roles of soluble adult worm antigen (SWA) and egg antigen (SEA) in the induction of CD4 + T cell differentiation in Schistosoma japonicum. Methods The spleen cells were isolated from C57BL / 6 mice after immunization with SWA and SEA, respectively, or splenocytes from normal mice were stimulated with SWA and SEA in vitro. The production of IFNγ and IL 4 in splenocytes were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) , And the proportion of Th1 and Th2 cell subsets in CD4 + T cells. Results SWA was superior to SEA in inducing IFNγ production in CD4 + T cells (P <0.05). SEA was more able to induce IL 4 production in CD4 + T lymphocytes than SWA (P <0.05). Conclusion SWA is more predominant than SEA in inducing Th1 cell differentiation. SEA is more predominant than SWA in inducing differentiation of Th2 cells.
