目的:调查了解某步兵团男性士兵吸烟状况。方法:随机抽取某步兵团男性士兵1200例,自拟吸烟问卷调查表,以面对面方式进行调查。结果:有效问卷1076例中,吸烟者737例,占68.5%。每天吸烟量5～10支者最多,占45.3%;每月吸烟费用>100元者主要集中于下士、中士和上士;对吸烟持无所谓态度者占49.5%;认为吸烟有害健康者占88.1%;认为因社交需要者占50.5%;因烦恼者占49.0%。结论:男性士兵吸烟较普遍,应积极采取健康宣教等措施,增强士兵的控烟和戒烟意识。
Purpose: To investigate the status of smoking among male soldiers in an infantry corps. Methods: One hundred and twenty-two male soldiers from a certain infantry regiment were randomly selected. Self-smoking questionnaires were prepared and investigated in face-to-face manner. Results: Among the 1076 valid questionnaires, 737 smokers (68.5%) were smokers. Daily smoking 5 to 10 were the most, accounting for 45.3%; monthly smoking costs> 100 yuan mainly concentrated in the corporal, sergeant and sergeant; accounted for 49.5% of those who did not care about smoking attitude; those who believe that smoking and health accounted for 88.1 %; Think 50.5% due to social needs; 49.0% because of trouble. Conclusion: Male soldiers smoking is more common. Health promotion and education should be taken actively to enhance their awareness of tobacco control and smoking cessation.
