随着城市规模不断扩大和新农村建设进程加快,在城市工业文明和乡村农业文明互相浸润的交叉地带,形成了一个个复合社区——城乡结合部。以笔者所在的学校为例,学校地处城乡结合部,全校学生中有五分之一的学生是城镇居民就近入学的子女,有五分之一的学生是城郊村民的子女,有五分之三的学生是进城务工人员随迁子女。学校生源复杂,学生在学习和心理方面存在不同的问题,给学校德育工作带来了新的挑战。
With the continuous expansion of the urban area and the acceleration of the process of building a new socialist countryside, a combination of urban and rural areas has formed in the crossroads of urban industrial civilization and rural agricultural civilization. Take the author’s school as an example. The school is located in the urban-rural integration area. One in five of the students in the whole school is the nearest school-going child for urban residents. One in five students is a child of suburban villagers, Three students are migrant workers migrant children. The school has a complicated source of students. Students have different learning and psychological problems, which bring new challenges to school moral education.
