WD复合碘是我们研制成功的一种新型碘伏类消毒剂。本品含有效碘6.25ppm的溶液,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)和大肠杆菌(8099)作用5分钟杀灭率均达到100％;含有效碘125ppm和500ppm的WD复合碘溶液对蜡状杆菌芽胞(4001)和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞(ATCC 9372)作用10分钟杀灭率分别为99.9992％和99.9940％;含有效碘500ppm的溶液对纯化HBsAg作用10分钟,破坏率达100％。本品在室温下避光密闭保存2年,有效碘无明显下降。
WD complex iodine is a new type of iodophor disinfectant that we successfully developed. This product contains 6.25ppm iodine solution, Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) and E. coli (8099) 5-minute kill rate reached 100%; containing iodine 125ppm and 500ppm WD complex iodine solution of waxy Bacillus subtilis 4001 and Bacillus subtilis ATCC 9372 were 99.9992% and 99.9940%, respectively. The solution containing 500ppm of iodine had 100% destruction of purified HBsAg for 10 minutes. This product is stored in the dark at room temperature for 2 years, no significant decline in effective iodine.
