贯彻落实《公民道德建设实施纲要》,切实加强公民道德建设,是一项浩大的基础性的系统工程,也是一项长期而又紧迫的任务。公民道德建设的重要因素很多,有必要进行系统的研究。文中指出学校德育是公民道德建设的主渠道;建立健全的德育制度是公民道德建设的保证;营造良好的社会氛围是公民道德建设的基础;道德规范、行业规范、礼俗系统的构建是公民道德建设的重点;政策引导、社会管理、社会机制调控是公民道德建设的关键。
To implement “Outline for the Implementation of Civic Morality Construction” and to conscientiously strengthen the building of civic morality is a vast basic systematic project as well as a long-term and urgent task. There are many important factors in the construction of civil morality and it is necessary to conduct systematic research. The article points out that moral education in school is the main channel of civic morality construction. Establishing and perfecting moral education system is the guarantee of civic morality building. Building a good social atmosphere is the foundation of civic morality building. Morality, industry standard, etiquette system construction is civic morality construction The focus of policy guidance, social management, social mechanism regulation is the key to the construction of civic morality.
