改革开放近40年来,我国社会中介机构不断发展壮大,尤其是随着全面深化改革不断深入,一些中介机构承担着越来越多公共服务职能,也发挥着越来越重要的作用。但同时,一些本应客观、中立、公正为社会提供服务的中介机构,也成了某些腐败官员与不法分子合谋掠夺社会财富的工具,而且领域和方式多种多样,其具有的蔓延性和传染力对政治生态产生了更大的破坏力。因此,当前在国家治理现代化语境下研究遏制中介机构腐败的对策,显得非常迫切
