管理信息系统(MIS)是一门新兴的、集管理科学、信息科学、系统科学及计算机科学为一体的综合性学科,研究的是企业中信息管理活动的全过程,以便有效的管理信息,提供各类管理决策信息,辅助企业进行现代化管理[1]。一个完备的医院信息管理系统就是将门诊收费系统、住院病人收费系统、医嘱管理系统、药品管理系统、病案管理系统,财务管理系统等相互集成、数据共享,建设成医院内部快速可靠的计算机网络通讯系统,从而实现医院管理信息化和临床管理信息化。
