保障房建设的好坏不能只看开工数,也不能只看竣工数,而要看是否及时投入市场,解决群众的迫切需求。当前,应在保质量保公平的基础上尽快形成有效供给,解决好困难家庭的住房问题,进一步发挥保障房稳定房价、巩固房地产市场调控成果的支撑作用。
Protection of housing construction is good or bad can not only look at the number of starts, we can not just look at the number of completed, but depends on whether the timely market, to solve the urgent needs of the masses.
