读到贵刊在06年第5期上刊登的题为“运8与波音737——国产与进口飞机进入中国通航市场的对比分析”的文章,对其中作者用国产运8飞机和波音737飞机直接运营费用(DOC)进行比较和分析时所引用的基础参考数据和算法,以及据此得出的结果和结论,读者有些疑问和不同的看法。该文中的第一个数据:以每日飞北京-上海一个往返航班(简称预定航班),两种机型的 DOC 近似对比分析,其结果是“使用波音737飞机的 DOC 每日比运8要多支出近2万元,一年要多支出近800万元”。民用运输飞机的 DOC,主要由飞行燃油成本费(简称油费)
