电网黑启动是指整个电网(或局部电网)系统因故障停运后,通过系统中具有自启动能力的发电机组的启动,逐渐扩大系统恢复供电范围,最终实现整个系统供电的恢复。水电机组因其启动快速灵活的特点,被作为电网黑启动的主力。但由于各水电厂实际情况不同,在黑启动方式、黑启动时间、风险控制、调节品质、应急预案等方面均存在一些问题,本文在不同类型水电厂现场试验及资料分析的基础上,对此类问题作出分析,为后续解决方案提供技术参考。
