党的十四届三中全会以来,党和政府采取一系列措施治理和纠正行业不正之风,取得了不可低估的成绩,一些行业上的不正之风已经得到了遏制和纠正。但是在有些地方和部门的行业不正之风还相当的严重,有愈来愈严重的倾向,特别是一些实权部门尤为严重,对此广大群众反响非常强烈。行业不正之风的发展蔓延极大地阻碍社会主义建设和经济的发展,已到了非彻底治理和纠正不可的地步。根治行业不正之风是党风廉政建设中必须认真
