2009年9月4日,北京市环境保护局、北京市质量技术监督局以京环发[2009]238号《通知》印发了《北京市地方环保标准体系发展规划(2008—2012年)》。《通知》说:该《规划》是为落实学习实践科学发展观活动的整改措施,贯彻环境保护和标准化法律,推进首都标准化战略进程,加强北京市环境保护标准工作,明确2008—2012年北京市环保标准工作具体任务,由市环保局和市质量技术监督局共同制定的。
On September 4, 2009, Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau and Beijing Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision printed the “Beijing Local Environmental Protection Standard System Development Plan (2008-2012)” with Circular No. [2009] 238 issued by Beijing Central Government. The Circular states: The “Plan” is a rectification measure for implementing the scientific outlook on development and learning, implementing environmental protection and standardization laws, promoting the process of capitalization standardization strategy, and strengthening Beijing’s environmental protection standard work. Specific tasks of environmental standards work by the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau and the Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision jointly developed.
