我们于1980年对湛江市小学生8256人进行血红蛋白病(Hb)普查。结果如下:一、异常 Hb38例,发生率为4.59‰。其中26例异常 Hb 经一级结构分析发现:(1)Hb E(α_2β_2~(26谷→赖))七个家系22例。(2)Hb~(New york)(α_2△_2~(113缬→谷)七个家系22例。(3)Hb Q Thai land(α_2~(74门→组β))一个家系5例。(4)Hb G Chinese(α_2~(30谷→谷胺β_2))一个家系3例。
In 1980, 8256 primary school students in Zhanjiang were surveyed for hemoglobinopathies (Hb). The results are as follows: First, abnormal Hb38 cases, the incidence was 4.59 ‰. Among them, 26 cases of abnormal Hb were analyzed by primary structure: (1) 22 cases of Hb E (α_2β_2 ~ (26 valley → Lai)) seven families. (2) 22 cases of Hb ~ (New york) (α_2 △ _2 ~ (113) → Vale). (3) Hb Q Thai land (α_2 ~ 4) Hb G Chinese (α_2 ~ (30 valley → glutamine β_2)) a family of 3 cases.
