目的研究晨练对中老年人身心健康的影响。方法采用分组实验、问卷调查以及身体状况评价法对参与晨练的中老年人进行调查。结果中老年人参与晨练的目的是增进身体健康,预防疾病。晨练地点主要有广场、公园,练习项目依性别的不同而略有差别,女性中老年人参与项目较多,不同年龄段中老年人参加晨练人数比例不同,试验后对照组与实验组受试者心理能力各项指标均出现显著差异(P<0.05),其中精神状态、人际关系、心理自控能力、睡眠4项指标差异显著(P<0.01)。结论晨练对中老年人身心健康具有较好的促进作用。
Objective To study the effect of morning exercise on the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people. Methods The middle-aged and elderly people who participated in the morning exercise were investigated by grouping experiment, questionnaire survey and physical condition evaluation method. Results The purpose of participating in morning exercises is to promote good health and prevent diseases. Morning exercise sites mainly square, parks, practice projects vary slightly by sex, women participate in the project more middle-aged and older people of different ages to participate in morning exercises the proportion of different numbers of people in the control group and experimental group after the test subjects There was a significant difference in each index of mental ability (P <0.05). There were significant differences in mental status, interpersonal relationship, psychological self-control ability and sleep index (P <0.01). Conclusion Morning exercises on the physical and mental health of the elderly has a better role in promoting.
