目的研究氟尿嘧啶炭纳米粒新型制剂在大鼠肝脏中的分布。方法大鼠分别ip给予炭纳米-5-Fu注射液与5-Fu注射剂,剂量均为20 mg.kg-1;采用RP-HPLC法测定给药后大鼠肝组织中5-Fu的浓度。结果两种注射液给药后,炭纳米组大鼠的肝药浓度达峰时间晚于普通组,峰浓度高于普通组。结论氟尿嘧啶炭纳米注射液能使药物在肝组织中浓集,具有一定的肝靶向性及缓释作用。
Objective To study the distribution of new fluorouracil nanoparticles in rat liver. Methods Rats were administered with carbon nano-5-Fu injection and 5-Fu injection at a dose of 20 mg · kg-1 respectively. The 5-Fu concentration in rat liver tissue was determined by RP-HPLC. Results After administration of two kinds of injection, the peak time of hepatic drug concentration in carbon nano group was later than that in normal group, and the peak concentration was higher than that in normal group. Conclusion Fluorouracil nanometer injection can make the drug concentration in the liver tissue, with certain liver targeting and sustained release.
