“药品质量虚假、药品价格虚高、医药广告虚伪”,曾经是湖南省广大群众反映强烈的社会问题。然而自2001年10月湖南省纪委、监察厅协调有关部门,在全省范围内开展以治理“药品三虚”为目的的“阳光三曲”活动以来,情况有了明显改善,药品价格明显下降,虚假广告得到治理,医药医疗市场秩序进一步规范,人民群众的合法权益受到保障。
