目的了解我院住院患者抗生素的整体使用情况,分析其使用合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2006～2008年期间抗生素的使用情况进行统计分析。结果3年间,抗生素类药的销售金额占全年药品销售总金额的比率呈逐年下降趋势。抗生素使用率约为82.7%,联合用药率约为56.1%,药敏试验率不足10%。结论我院抗生素的使用中还存在许多问题,应加强对抗生素合理使用的监督、检查及规范化管理。
Objective To understand the overall use of antibiotics in inpatients in our hospital and analyze the rationality of its use to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The use of antibiotics in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed statistically. Results During the three years, the ratio of the sales amount of antibiotics to the total sales amount of drugs in the whole year showed a declining trend year by year. Antibiotic use rate was about 82.7%, combined drug rate was 56.1%, drug susceptibility test rate of less than 10%. Conclusion There are still many problems in the use of antibiotics in our hospital. We should strengthen the supervision, inspection and standardized management of the rational use of antibiotics.
