笔者2003年大学毕业后就进入中等职业学校工作,2005年开始担任中专班级的班主任,至今已十余年。不可否认,这些年来随着国家对职业教育的逐步重视,中职的生源越来越好,班主任的管理压力也逐步减轻。但是相较于普高的生源,职教长时间处于劣势也是不争的事实。尤其是中职班级的后进生比例是相当大的,管理教育的难度也是相当大的。笔者结合十余年班主任工作的经历,谈谈对后进生进行教育的一些经验和不足,希望得到同行的指正。
After graduating from college in 2003, I entered the secondary vocational school work, started in 2005 as a secondary school class teacher, has been more than ten years. Admittedly, with the gradual emphasis on vocational education in the country over the years, the source of secondary vocational education is getting better and better, and the management pressure of the class teacher is also gradually relieved. However, it is an indisputable fact that vocational education teachers are at a disadvantage over time. In particular, the proportion of post-secondary students in secondary vocational classes is quite large, and the difficulty of management and education is also considerable. The author combines more than ten years experience of director work, talked about some experience and lack of education for future students, hoping to be correct.
