骄阳如火,热气蒸人。7月份以来,一场50年不遇的严重旱灾袭击耒阳。一时间,水库、山塘干涸,溪水断流,农田缺水,水井干枯,一片片干裂的田地,一棵棵蔫萎的庄稼,一双双焦灼的眼神……全市农业生产、人畜饮水受到严重影响。据初步统计:截止8月15日,全市干涸15座小二型水库、1650多口山坪塘,29条小溪河断流;300多个村9.21万余人和4.35万头牲畜饮水时难;受灾耕地72.74万亩,其中轻旱36.64万亩,重旱27.7万亩,绝收面积8.4万
