目的探索计划免疫可持续发展的良性循环的运作机制。方法广西壮族自治区以对麻疹进行高危县预警预防爆发,对计划免疫工作落后县以黄牌警告促追赶,设定近期奋斗目标为策略。结果政府重视,部门实干,技术把关,使计划免疫经费得到落实,机构得到充实,管理得到加强,业务得到提升,疾病得到有效控制。结论以人为本,以科学发展观为指导,探索出高效可行的计划免疫运作模式。
Objective To explore the operational mechanism for a virtuous circle of sustainable development of immunization. Methods Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to high-risk counties in the prevention and treatment of measles outbreaks of the immunization work behind the county to catch up with the yellow card warning to set the goal of the recent fight strategy. Results The government attached great importance to the work of departments and technical checks so that the funds for the planned immunization were implemented. The institutions were substantiated, their management strengthened, their operations improved and their diseases effectively controlled. Conclusion People-oriented, guided by the scientific concept of development, to explore efficient and feasible mode of operation of immunization.
