由于肿瘤作为人类社会中的一个健康杀手,世界各国政府越来越重视公共卫生问题,并且随着科学技术以及医学领域的快速发展,很多治疗肿瘤的手段和方法被研发出来,得到了广泛的应用以及推广。IL-2活性在肿瘤免疫过程中起到至关重要的过程。本文通过对肿瘤小鼠淋巴细胞IL-2活性的测定与正常对照组想比较,说明淋巴细胞IL-2在免疫过程的重要性。
