近年来各黄金矿区个体炼金非常普遍。这些个体户提取黄金的方法大都采用汞齐法。由于条件简陋炼会者发生汞中毒者屡见不鲜,可此法炼金引起全家人发生急性中毒却罕见,我科在1989年元月收治了一家五例生产性汞蒸气引起的急性汞中毒,现报告如下。
