着重分析了化学成分、冷却工艺、冷却方式对低钛钢热轧板组织的影响。利用热加工模拟装置对T52L钢进行了不同化学成分、终轧温度和卷取温度的控轧控冷模拟试验。通过对试样检验分析后认为:在模拟试验的工艺条件下,由于化学成分的不同,导致沉淀析出相的形式、分布及尺寸的不同,这些差异对整个控轧控冷过程乃至最终组织都带来很大的影响。终轧温度在870~900℃,卷取温度在600~630℃时,采用前段冷却工艺时所得到的组织晶粒要细小。
The effects of chemical composition, cooling process and cooling method on the microstructure of hot rolled plate with low titanium steel are analyzed emphatically. T52L steel with different chemical composition, finishing temperature and coiling temperature controlled rolling and controlled cooling simulation test using thermal processing simulation device. Through the test analysis of the sample, it is considered that due to the difference of chemical composition, the form, distribution and size of precipitated phase are different under the process conditions of the simulation test. These differences have great influence on the entire controlled rolling and even the final microstructure Come a big impact. When the finishing temperature is between 870 ℃ and 900 ℃ and the coiling temperature is between 600 ℃ and 630 ℃, the microstructure of the obtained microstructure should be fine when using the cooling process of the former stage.
