由于Internet应用技术的迅速发展,新的网络安全问题集中体现在网络应用上。必须使用新技术、新方法从应用层次上构建网络安全体系。首先,要实现对用户访问身份的认证,建立基于网络的访问信赖机制;其次,必须保证数据的加密传输,确保数据的源发性、完整性、机密性;最后,网络的访问应该依据一定的访问控制规则,减少危险的网络访问行为。上述三项技术的应用集中体现在访问控制体系,包括防火墙与VPN(虚拟专用网络)技术的混合应用,网络防病毒体系的建立,将它们集于一体就可构成完整的安全解决方案,如图1所示。
